Figueira da Foz will host, for the first time, between the 25th and 28th of November, the final test of the F1 Power Boat World Championship.
The mouth of the river Mondego will be the privileged stage for the speed and competitive spirit of the riders of the 10 teams from different continents.
The test was presented on November 17, at 4 pm, in a press conference held at Quinta das Olaias Figueira da Foz
The Portuguese driver Duarte Benavente was proud and happy to be able to compete in his country, “together with the people he cares about, his sponsors, his family, his supporters” and left the guarantee that both he and his colleagues will go give the maximum “to provide a great show”.
It has the support of CNAFF, the Captaincy of the Port of Figueira da Foz, the Administration of the Port of Figueira da Foz and the Portuguese Federation of Motor Nautic’s.
